Pros
Company size - because it is a small to mid size company you are not just another employee, you get to know everyone you work with much better then you would at a Large company. Management is more than willing to help you with all situation, work or personal. If you need help they are always trying to find the best way to help out employees. Sconet actually encourages its employees to get certified in everything they can to help you get experienced in the field. They offered many incentives for extra money when i was an employee. The quality of character of the employees was also a great thing about working with Sconet.
Cons
Starting salary was fine but raise percentages could have been a little better but it was not terrible.
