Poor working enviroment - Brista Scoffs Group UK Employee Review

Work colleges are rough to deal with, don't have good manners. Can't mind their own business. Customers complains workers were fighting in front of them. Training for new staff is not good, but they expect you to be able to do everything. Some shift managers can't take responsibilities, if they makes a mistake will throw it on to you. Also hard to reason with this kind of manager. It's quite chaotic. Needed long time to recover form it only after few months of working there part time.
