Pros

A well known company in Indian Exhibitions with some big accounts managed by directors

Cons

KRAs not clearly defined by top managers to new joinees like BDE, suggestion to take supporting words of top managers by pinch of salt, they dont have any employee policies and play bad with employee remunerations & salary and many times even holding them back instead of reviewing & coming out with performance plans for employees......they give damn to employee personal & family life problems faced due to their unforgiving policies.....think twice.

Interesting project work with big name customers

Cons

Forced to travel for weeks at a time including weekends. Eventually they tried to force me to relocate but would not adjust salary to the location or help with the move. Worked onsite with great resources from India. When submitting expenses I found out management was not reimbursing my Indian colleagues tips = dispicable. High turnover due to the high pressure relocation stance that they will spring on you. Calls with India and Singapore at ungodly hours. Seem to only care about the bottom line and not their resources

Hi- Thanks for your comments, not sure from where you obtained the information that we do not reimburse expenses. this is absolutely not correct and i can vouch that all employees have been paid on their approved expenses submitted. this is kind of throwing slur on us and i would appreciate if you can talk with your ex-manager directly to confirm who was not paid. We have projects globally and so there could have been time issues. Appreciate your comments and we shall work on resolving them. Thanks.
