Opportunity to see the world through staff travel priviledges. Friendly cabin crew community.
Cons
1. Crew welfare is not taken care of. 2. Aircrafts are not well maintained (Exterior/Interior). Waiting for an incident to happen. 3. Decision-making during major disruptions are terrible. Very bad contingency plans. Crew welfare not taken into consideration. 4.Rosters are so packed due to high turnover rate. Company has no plans to retain crew. 5. Penalise crew for their behaviour instead of checking in on them and understand why the change. 6. Lack of communication between departments. Thus, making it difficult for crew to get things done ASAP. They are not systematic.
