      - Depending on the district, it can be hard to get assignments (especially during holidays or school vacation season) - Also based on location, there may be issues with matching you to a BCBA if the area lacks in them; this can impact your supervision hours

      Friendly and welcoming team, supportive culture where people are always willing to help, collaborative environment that makes it easy to succeed, flexible work setup that fits well day to day, positive vibe across the team, approachable leadership, and a smooth onboarding experience.

      Cons

      Still new so haven’t encountered any major downsides yet, but there’s always a bit of a learning curve getting up to speed in a new role and understanding all the systems and processes.
