Very little pros it use to be a great place to work

Micromanagement for a company that prides its self for individuality they have really let themselves down over the last 2 years trying to bring in a sales process that is proven not to work. Unfortunately so many good people have voted with their feet and left. Senior management are the real problem.

Great family business work ethic on paper (only) You are loved if you are in sales or marketing. Tom the CEO is great and will do anything for his team. But he is let down by middle management who treat staff badly behind closed doors in his name.

- Culture of micro management - Managers pick and choose what policies apply to their team - Ideas from the lower levels are either dismissed or taken and then delivered from the top down as original ideas. - Admin/Opps/Back office teams are treated like dogs bodies. - Threatened with HR action if I complained. - The company preaches about being your best authentic self's but that's only permitted if your authenticity meats not existent forever moving goal posts.
