Pros
Flexible remote work and access to WeWork spaces when needed. Fair compensation. Opportunity to work on an agentic AI product, if that interests you. Some very smart and talented people (if they haven’t left yet)
Cons
Lacks transparency around product direction, with important information often kept within leadership instead of being shared with employees. Decisions are made top-down, with little trust or empowerment given to teams. The culture is toxic. People often feel unsafe asking questions, speaking up, or taking initiative because mistakes are more likely to be met with blame than support. Teams are siloed, collaboration is limited, and strong work rarely recognized. There’ no opportunity for growth, no clear career progression, and compensation increases are very rare. Overall, the environment feels chaotic and unstable. Priorities constantly change, communication is poor, and the high turnover makes it difficult to do meaningful long-term work or build team continuity.
