Pros
Colourful slides in presentations and weekly breakfast.
Cons
Women are treated poorly, people are silenced and threatened daily with being fired. Middle managers scream at people, refuse to look at their work, and humiliate them in front of others. Employees try to speak up, but they are not given a fair chance to express their views. And, when asked, executives cannot justify why they have let people go, because they are in cahoots with the abusers. Additionally, the technology they claim they have been able to develop is non-existent. You might wanna look elsewhere for an opportunity to show off your skills, as what makes you thrive in this company is turning a blind eye to the abuse employees are subjected to on a regular basis.
