Score Promotions provides employees with autonomy, growth opportunities, and allows their team to be creative and implement new ideas that they believe will help the business grow. When we say we have an "open door" policy, we mean that you can speak to everyone from the President to Managers in other departments at any time. This is a true team oriented organization.
Cons
Like any organization, Score Promotion's has a unique employee profile that they seek out. They are looking for hard workers who are creative, ambitious, life learner and a true team player with a positive "can-do" attitude. These requirements are not cons but obviously, not everyone will be a good fit.
