Pros
Score wants to be the best and to do that they will throw ideas out onto the table and try anything once just to see if it works but that comes with drawbacks.
Cons
Score is 100% sales-centric, so unless you are a sales person you are a nobody. Owners promise performance reviews and raises but i have known people who worked there over a decade were complaining about still having never gotten any recognition or raise. Money isn't everything though but score owners will overrule the experience of their employees if sales people disagree. Company is sister to Trillium Sales group which is 100% phone hustle using sales tactics from 1986 that are all but dead nowadays. If you are buddies with owners then you will get the perks but if you want a place to further your career and grow in your field then Score is just a time trap.
