      Pros

      Chairman and Board Level management are very good. Have vision and good ambitions for education though they are a for profit organization. Students are excellent. Some are the best I have ever come across. I am confident of their future.

      Cons

      Operational management lack sufficient ethics for clientele they are looking for. This has somewhat propagated to their teachers and staff.

      Set your own schedule, works with school, and pays great.

      Cons

      Sometimes slow, after tests, students will not be as plentiful thus work harder to obtain.
