Pros
There are quiet times during off peak where there's no KPI. Not the worse PC store to work at. The majority of this company can actually speak English. Doesn't feel like you're working at a sweatshop. They offer clean drinking water(although I've never seen the filter cartridge was ever changed) and a fridge to keep your lunch.
Cons
Managers that you report to that actually does not even know how to build a PC. And his manager is the same. And his manager is like this also. Makes you wonder howcome they are your bosses? Managers that hide behind your back to let you take the full brunt of customer abuse. Hypocrites. Don't take breaks all at once. Everyone go lunch at different times but all the managers always take lunch together so we are left with no upper management. Low pay. They put in an inflated hourly wage but count all overtime as $0. Saturday at the same flat hourly rate as weekdays. Must work 6 days are week. If you change to 5 days work week, HR will reduce your hourly rate to reflect the minimal wage. That inflated rate is now not applicable. Probably thinks all their employees are stupid and can't Google minimum Award wage where surprise, you are actually getting the lowest legal wage. No staff discounts. Seriously if you beg, they'll give you a once off small discount to let you know not to bother next time. This is sometimes less than $5 on a $200 item.
