      Pros

      Decent pay, good benefits. Also enjoy good work lofe balance as policy is work ends when you are not on the clock. Nothing expected of you outside of work hours.

      Cons

      Very little training. Software and systems used are bad, outdated, and managers don't even know how to properly navigate them.

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Cons

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
