Pros
Amazing department with great leadership and good staff. Scotiabank in general treats it's staff well. Much better than they treat their customers in my opinion. but this "small" division of the bank is great to work for and i definitely recommend it.
Cons
scotiabank always underpays, and your benefits wont be as much as other banks. Depending on the department you're in, you could be stuck behind a middle-manager that will make your life difficult. But i only have good things to say about the collections department of SDA.
