      The environment is very professional and communication is very good. I feel l work for an excellent company and would recommend to anyone.

      Cons

      I would say that the salary is the biggest issue, much lower than the other banks. Also, there is no documentation outlining salary bands for work levels.

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Cons

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
