Bankers hours 8-5 (however this doesn't exist anymore banks are open until 8 some nights and saturdays now)
Cons
Hours of banking are constantly changing to remain competitive. Minimal growth opportunities and if an opportunity comes up, management will prevent you from applying in order to keep you in the same position. You are openly reprimanded if your perform poorly, and will not be recognized if you do well.
