Small Business Advisor - SBA Scotiabank Employee Review

Scotiabank pretends to care about the customer.... They only care about the bottom line. They treat staff like slaves and have pushed out most of the more experienced staff hiring young kids and call them advisors. I get better advice from my garbage man. They have taken away the work life balance and make advisors work 80% of the extended hours shifts. I left Scotia to go to a company that actually treats staff and customers amazing. They really need a new CEO and not one the snipes out all his competition and squeezes all employees to fatten up his wallet.
