Pros
People are usually friendly and helpful. Good environment to work in. Good # of vacation days provided. lots of innovate projects in the past couple years, so projects have been more exciting.
Cons
Like most major organization, company politics will exists. Too many department/groups are required for projects of all sizes. Coordination project end to end is tough unless you really know the bank systems. Benefits could be a lot better.
