Pros
Great atmosphere to work, mostly a team focus instead of a me focus. People are willing to help others in time of need. Always room for advancement into higher levels in the bank.
Cons
Sometimes supervisors dont really listen to employees as much as they should. Some of the policies are a little out to sea. Sometimes there doesnt feel like theres as much privacy as there should be.
