Pros
Scotiabank has one of the best workplaces I've been a part of. Management seems actually invested in the growth of their employees, and the people are excellent.
Cons
The technology is outdated, and the salary is low relative to other banks. I'm concerned about the increased culture of sales as well- advancement is difficult if you don't want to sell products.
