Scotiabank actively promotes employees taking risks with their carreers and get to try new things, be it different functional roles or moving through the international markets in which it operates.
Cons
The pay generally lags peers. It used to be compensated with job stability but with the increasingly meritocracy based culture (which is the right model to shift to) those gaps have yet to be closed.
