Pros
Great Company to work for. Generally speaking the benefits, pension and salary are all comparable to industry standards. Lots of ways to take educational leaves and progress your skill set. The risk department is top heavy which is nice.
Cons
Extremely hierarchical. Its a grind because its a lot of work. That said, this is what you signed up for.
