      Generally Good culture, wlb in the teams I work in. Teammates are very friendly and supportive.

      Cons

      There's recent change and plan from senior management and it quite interrupts our works. Going back to office 3 days which is meaningless

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Cons

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
