      Pros

      Nice Trucks, can't think of anything else

      Cons

      Drivers/ Lease Operators, are at the bottom of the pay scale. Extremely poor revenue. Our needs and concerns fall by the wayside. We are not even discussed in Scott Biddel's Bio. As though we have no part in keeping his Bus. operating. Would not recommend this job. Don't think I will be staying much longer.

      Pros

      Pretty much none. Theoretically, high potential earnings, but that's it.

      Cons

      Genuinely one of the worst companies I have ever seen. Leadership treats new hires like they are disposable. Most tenured LAMs are running off gifted accounts. Absolutely terrible pay, but once you "flip" to commission, it is decently generous compared to competitors. Absolutely 0 work/life balance. Stay far away.
