      SCC is a wonderful place to work for those who are just out of university and are seeking opportunities to gain experience in social services. I have been at the company for almost a year and am continuously met with warm staff, clear communication, empathy, and flexibility. This job has been rewarding as I also work simultaneously on my Master's!

      Cons

      I absolutely love working for this company, but I can see myself seeking future employment elsewhere when I begin establishing a career.

      The owner of the company is very easy going and helpful The pay is decent Enjoyed the work overall and my coworkers Enjoyed working with my clients A very independent work day Create your own schedule
