Great community but toxic environment - Registered Nurse Scott County Hospital Employee Review

They gave everyone a raise for Christmas and have paid holidays (not typical to have paid holidays with hospitals I've worked at in the past), Flexible with schedule and have an understanding of the importance of work/life balance. Morale seems healthy here. Hospital always looking for ways to grow.

Hope that future changes in leadership do not impact the environment or morale negatively.

Co workers are great, sad to leave them behind.

Management needs work. Put care into your current employees. Mentality that everyone's replaceable.
