Pros

Many positions open so room for advancement. Lots of opportunity to try different jobs

Cons

Lack of communication between departments. They are constantly changing policies and procedures. Branches run short staffed all the time . Leaning toward a bank atmosphere-heavy on sales.

Providing competitive pay has always been an important factor in the total rewards package. Recently, we conducted an analysis of our compensation system with the goal of increasing our minimum starting wage. As a result of the review, effective June 1, 2026, Scott Credit Union is establishing an internal minimum wage of $18 per hour.
