Thank you for your feedback. Community focus is extremely important to our mission and vision! I am sorry to read that you feel as though the management team does not accept advice. We know that it takes each and every employee to be successful at Scott Credit Union which is why we encourage open lines of communication and employee participation in our Ideas Program. This program allows employees to voice their opinions on how things can be done easier for both the member and the employee. Additionally, I encourage you to reach out to me via email at HumanResources@scu.org as I welcome any and all feedback from current and prior employees regarding their employment experience. Employee feedback is an important tool we use to evaluate our culture and determine what changes we should make. Again, thank you for your feedback. Vice President of Human Resources

Thank you for your feedback. I am glad to read that you enjoyed your coworkers, the training process, and stability that Scott Credit Union offers. Providing competitive pay has always been an important factor in the total rewards package. Recently, we conducted an analysis of our compensation system with the goal of increasing our minimum starting wage. As a result of the review, effective June 1, 2026, Scott Credit Union is establishing an internal minimum wage of $18 per hour. Competitive and equitable pay remains a foundational element of our workplace culture, and we will continue to evaluate the total rewards package for competitive offerings. Again, thank you for your feedback. Vice President of Human Resources
