The money is the only good thing.

I will say, if you are a (young) female, watch out for the owner. Corporate is also super toxic. The company also take 2% of your credit card tips back to the house. They say they will provide preshift food but usually they don't and they still take that $1 a shift out of pay-check. The insurance they provide if you make full-time, is the bare minimum requirement. There really are no good benefits.
