Scott was a character to work with

These pros are based on the former management of Scott Kay, Inc where I was CMO. I can not rate the Pros presently, as I am not working with the company since the transfer of ownership. The pros were a very creative environment, consistent strong salary and benefits, strong brand ID and at that time, high-quality product, marketing and strong attention to detail. In addition, the firm had thousands of dedicated retail relationships with tier 1 or luxury retailers, such as Sajs Fifth Avenue, Traditional Jewelers, Tivol and many more.

Scott Kay, the former CEO and lead designer, who has now passed, was extremely demanding. While I took this as a plus, many employees had problems dealing with his methods to success. Since the company is now lead by another firm, the major con I have heard is the quality of the product may be suffering.
