Autonomy, Freedom, flexibility. Open to new ideas. Work/life balance and mental health if very important to HR and staff.
Cons
I see people complaining about salaries. Whether that is true or not, the benefits, flexibility and respect definitely out weigh any possible salary complaints in my opinion.
