      Pros

      At least when I worked there, Scott Technology Group had one of the greatest work environments I've encountered. Management is supportive, there is very little in the way of politics, and there's a good work life balance.

      Cons

      Typical drawbacks from working for a small company (e.g., there's probably only one person between you and the owner of the company, so there isn't much room for promotions if that's what you're looking for).

      Pros

      A Great Place , Family own Business, Family Barbecues , Parties and Extra Days off For Charity Works. They are very easy going and prefer to have some one who already have experience in that industry. No Micro Management.

      Cons

      Laid Back Environment, No Structure Day.
