Low pay for the work you're doing. Raises are low and management is often misleading about raises that aren't outlined in employment contract. You will work lots of overtime every week. If you're off for a holiday you will work the following Saturday. The job is extremely dirty and dangerous. If you're on the night shift you will never get off on shift end time.
