      Amazing people, exciting opportunities and projects. So many resources to rely on.

      Cons

      Most people are traveling during the week so if your project team is hybrid, you will only get face-to-face time with them when on the client site. Some find that great, but I enjoy more collaboration and time with the team.

      Good company culture, people are positive and look to help eachother.

      Cons

      Insulated culture, people are hired directly out of MBA and rarely have other consulting experience so they only know ScottMadden consulting which is far behind the methods of leading firms.
