      Flexible working between 7am and 7pm, with the option to apply for alternative working patterns too. Good culture of support for personal development and career progression accross the organisation.

      Cons

      Significantly lower pay than private sector counterpart posts. Having to follow Civil Service code which means no obvious political affiliations or expression of political opinions.

      Good employer, considerate of the well being of the staff. Very inclusive as well, doesnt tolerate any bullish attitude.
