Pros
Good benefits. Not as good as they used to be but better than average. Pay is decent but once again not great. CEO sometimes gives random extra days off that you have to work with your manager to use.
Cons
Prepare to have no life in busy season. Mid-management power trips are a common occurrence. Constant hiring freezes. Seemingly random decision on which teams come into the office 3 times a week. Departments can be kind of cliquey with unnecessary drama.
