Pros
Strong brands and leader in almost every category they play in. Good benefits with onsite medical facility and fitness center.
Cons
Pay is below average with the exception of marketing. Leadership uses dictator management style with do your job or get fired mentality. There is also a constant change in strategy depending on who is making decisions (which seemed to change every 6 months) which leads to jobs or entire departments being eliminated. Also must be willing to relocate to advance in sales. This all leads to extremely high turnover. I've never seen anything like it and would not recommend working here.
