Pros
Great benefits and a fun atmosphere. Most of the people treat you like family as well so you develop some close bonds while here.
Cons
Pay is slightly low. There is a lot of pressure to get things done fast (like most companies) and you may feel like you are doing a five person job for a half of a person salary.
