Great/fair benefits, opportunities for growth, interesting work. If you work hard, develop strong communication skills, and execute your responsibilities you will get promoted. Scotts definitely has its own unique culture.
Cons
The success of the business can be out of the Company's control due to weather. Sometimes they rotate folks too often which can result in responsibilities getting lost and projects not getting done satisfactorily. However, rotations are one thing that make scotts a great company to work for.
