      Good pay and benefits; paid time to participate in volunteer activities.

      Cons

      Limited sense of comrodery amongst employees as every 6 months or so they eliminate positions, thereby making it hard to connect with people. Sponsored emplyee events and swag are near nonexistent.

      Cons

      Everything else, not as friendly as you they put on, Not as diverse as you think it is. Mirco-bullying and racism but they won't admit it and will try to cover it up
