Pros
Stay in good physical shape and work outdoors. Learn about different lawn issues. Get satisfaction from making customers lawns look good.
Cons
Overtime pay is 1/2 of regular pay and commission will not make up for normal overtime. Base salary is low and they will take advantage of the low overtime pay to make you do paperwork and phone calls with no commission earned. The daily goals are set way too high and you can't do applications the correct way.
