Pros
Scout Coffee is a really healthy and supportive work environment. The staff are really welcoming to new hires, and offer helpful insight during the training process. The fast-paced work environment can be draining, but everyone understands that the work is a team-based effort, which means supporting one another is inherent.
Cons
The training process can feel a bit too informal, but when provided by someone who is equipped with time and resources, it can be a positive experience. As a small business, some of the systems in place from the beginning can feel a bit outdated and chaotic for the high volume coffee shop.
