      The support network was awesome, they provided great resources for getting the job done while still giving you the freedom to plan your own events.

      If you're not self-driven, it can be less rewarding. What you put into it is what you get out of it.

      The team is extremely fun to work with!

      Cons

      The stipend is not even enough to live on, encouraging the perpetuation of cycles of poverty and wealth rather than allowing for socioeconomic mobility
