Pros

Cafe in the business park Some people do/did have talents but couldn't perform under the CEO dictatorship

Cons

Everything else. CEO who has no clue of what he's doing and who trashes his own team behind their backs to everyone else. CFO who does not have a clue either. COO who is never around. High turnover, no real entrepreneurial culture for a company that still is a startup, one-man management style that stifles any proactive efforts from mid-level managers. The place is run by fear. No focus, no empowerment, no collaboration. I could go on but in summary: avoid it. Not worth it of your time. 2 redundancies in less than 2 years. They treat you like disposable rubbish.

Pros

Colleagues were friendly, no micromanaging from manager

Cons

One day turned up to work, they announced they ran out of funding and cannot pay us that month. First they said we can pause till we get that's month's paycheck comes in, which is soon. Eventually previous month and the present month's paycheck did not arrive, they kept giving excuses. 1 month later they paid off less than 50% of the owed paycheck, and refuse to communicate anymore.

Pros

It is very hard to find any pro's about working here. It is a company that seems to have very little focus on the direction it is taking and in a state of limbo when deciding on whether to pursue with concepts with management constantly changing their mind on which goals they would like to achieve. Overall very frustrating when you are never able to finish work which you have started. The culture its-self is very much a culture of fear and blame. Unfortunately this came from the top downwards and management would very often belittle employee's in front of their peers. During my time there a staff member had made a mistake which had repercussions on the business, he held his hands up and admitted his mistake and to learn from it, however the weeks following the issue he was under a constant barrage of blame and belittlement from one of the management team there. This was seen on a daily basis by my self and other colleagues and the effect it was having on him physiologically and emotionally, it was not nice to see! The manager in question was always very quick to blame others instead of looking at the bigger picture. A culture of fear and being afraid of making mistakes is very much set in and will not change until the management changes unfortunately. in the short time I was there the staff turnover for a small company was extremely high, and this very much backed up by most of the reviews on this site.

Cons

- blame culture - systematic bullying - poor staff moral - poor staff retention - job stability
