      1) Great Sales Incentives for top sales people. 2) Get to learn the world of Conversational Communication and Intelligence. 3) Lot of learning.

      Cons

      1) Lack of Structure within the company. 2) Attrition. 3) Barely any benefits beyond salary and incentives. 4) No office parties, no annnual meets. 5) Visibility over work with some managers. 6) Barely any R & R.
