Pros
ScreenCloud has a high-trust, "outcome-focused" culture. Very flexible; prioritize work getting done over specific "clock-in" times. No problems about annual leave, includes 5 paid volunteer days. Work is hybrid, mostly 2–3 days in-hub. We get access to a "Share in Success" bonus scheme and an annual professional development fund.
Cons
Communication can always be improved, between teams and between hubs. People are friendly when you reach out but more can be done to ensure that lines are open. It's a fast-moving business and priorities can shift a lot.
