Pros
1. The people behind the org: Founders that have come from Microsoft, Stack Overflow, Revolut & Clearscore. - And Backers that have done it all before with Reachdesk, Yieldify, Monzo, GoCardless & others. 2. Product: that can add value for almost every type of company out there, and one that makes huge sense in the post-pandemic & remote-first world. (This concept would not have been as possible two years ago) Amazing market potential. 3. Culture: we're still at the early stage but ramping up fast (plans to quadruple team size by start of 2022). This means we're defining our processes as we go. Everyone across the org chips in & shares ideas. All this means there's great potential to define the processes as we go & steer the direction of the company. 4. Opportunity for career growth: Of course with the amount of hires currently underway, there's huge opportunity for career development as we continue to scale.
Cons
What you'd expect from a start up: You have to hustle and constantly be willing to try new approaches all the time to get results. (This is definitely a Pro for those working here, but may be a Con for others).
