A great 'family feel' culture, great colleagues and teams, an ambitious company that's bucking the retail trend and continuing to expand and perform well. Great progression prospects and opportunities to be involved in lots of exciting projects. A forward thinking company with a clear direction, it's genuinely exciting to be part of the company's journey.
Cons
Kingfisher's focus on unification across the group can sometimes feel that the company is no longer free to make decisions which are wholly right for Screwfix. Opportunities and progression prospects can feel subject to location.
