I began working at Scribble Software over 8 years ago in an entry-level position, and have had many different job titles, until eventually moving into a management role. Scribble Software is a continually growing business, which opens up new positions and opportunities for growth. The management provides regular communication and welcomes new ideas for better practices & procedures.

While every company has obstacles, Scribble Software does everything they can to keep employees happy!

My experience at Scribble Software was marred by profound unprofessionalism, favoritism, and a lack of integrity that I feel compelled to share. 1. Lack of Transparency and Favoritism: The termination I experienced was not only opaque but also reeked of favoritism. Colleagues with personal connections to management seemed exempt from scrutiny, while others, like myself, faced unjustifiable dismissal without clear cause. 2. Disregard for Privacy and Professionalism: During my tenure, I witnessed alarming breaches of privacy and professionalism. Sensitive information about former employees was shared callously among staff, with some even gloating about their dismissals. Shockingly, I learned that emails from employees' families were retained and circulated for amusement, a gross violation of trust and decency. 3. Discriminatory Behavior and Mockery: The HR department's behavior was particularly egregious. I personally witnessed an HR representative mocking an Asian individual's accent immediately after a phone call, demonstrating a complete lack of respect and sensitivity, especially given the diverse makeup of the company's staff, including myself. 4. Excessive and Ineffective Training: Joining the Sales or HR teams meant enduring a tedious 90-day "Academy" that was more about ticking boxes than fostering real learning. The content could easily have been condensed into meaningful conversations or workshops, instead of forcing employees to sit through mind-numbing online modules. 5. Lack of Genuine Leadership: Despite boasting about their leadership, the reality was starkly different. In over a decade of professional work, I have never encountered such a blatant disregard for professionalism and ethical conduct. Titles like "Leadership" were hollow and served only to mask a toxic workplace culture. In conclusion, my time at Scribble Software was marred by unprofessionalism, favoritism, and a disturbing lack of integrity. Potential employees should be wary of joining a company that not only fails to uphold basic standards of decency but actively engages in behavior that undermines trust and respect. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale and prompts the company to reflect on its practices for the sake of its employees and reputation.
