There’s a strong sense of trust and ownership, and leadership is thoughtful, transparent, and approachable. Ideas are welcomed regardless of level, and there’s real room to make an impact without layers of bureaucracy slowing things down. The culture strikes a great balance between high standards and humanity. People work hard, but burnout isn’t glorified. Flexibility, autonomy, and respect for personal time are very real here. It’s a place where you’re encouraged to do your best work and be a human. -Definitely underpaid, and benefits are lacking. Becoming harder to hit quota. We've grown a lot, and upside isn't there like it was. I constantly get messages from recruiters, and it feels like we're non-competitive compared to other opportunities at similar-sized companies -Lack of training - have a lot of autonomy here, but limited onboarding or structured avenues to grow -Don't always feel my voice is heard by execs or like I can speak up -Very competitive market and feels like we aren't doing enough to get ahead -Lots of turnover. Many of the early employees have left, and shifts in leadership lately
